Re-election of RA NA speaker is serious precondition for expanding Armenia-NKR cooperation

PanARMENIAN.Net - NKR parliament chairman Ashot Ghulian sent a congratulatory address to Tigran Torosian, the re-elected speaker of the Armenian National Assembly.



Ashot Ghulian praised Tigran Torosian's efficient activities in the parliament of previous convocations and his contribution to consolidation of democratic values in the public and political life as well as formation of parliamentary traditions.



"All this inspires optimism. Nagorno Karabakh appreciates your endeavors as the head of the RA delegation to the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe. We highly estimate your participation in formation of NKR legislative field," the message says.



Ashot Ghulian expressed assurance that Tigran Torosian's re-election the RA NA speaker will become a serious precondition for expansion of the Armenia-NKR cooperation, the NKR NA press office reports.
