I have said nothing and will not nominate," Armenian Foreign Minister Vartan Oskanian told reporters in Yerevan.When asked about his plans after the election of new President, the Minister said it's too early to speak of it. "I will fulfill my duties till dismissal of the incumbent government. See what happens," he said.
