He reminded of his July meeting with the Armenian Foreign Minister. A meeting with the Azeri FM was expected in August but did not take place. The mediators will also consider possibilities for organization of a presidential meeting by the end of the year, the OSCE Sec. Gen. said. The OSCE closely watches the situation at the front line, he said.
