Some documents regarding Dink murder destroyed by police

PanARMENIAN.Net - A file on Erhan Tuncel, one of suspects in Agos editor Hrant Dink's murder was destroyed, since it contained "state secret."

During the previous court session, Dink family lawyer Erdal Dogan demanded to make public these documents, however, the police security service said they were destroyed.

The lawyers were aware of the contents of the file, but the court did not have the possibility.

"This secret can't be kept back from the court. It's violation of law and a legal scandal," said Dogan, RFE/RL reports.

Tuncel was a police's stool-pigeon in Trabzon.
