The proposals were submitted to the government.The first plan supposes a 5-10km intrusion for a temporary blockade of the near-border zone. The second provides for overland operations aimed at neutralizing the terrorists. Helicopters will also be enabled. The third supposes an air attack on targets in Kandil mountains. The fourth supposes a mixed operation by land troops with the active support of the air force and artillery.
