"There is some progress but I am not so optimistic to suppose that it could lead to concrete results before the presidential elections. The process is going on. It has its positive and negatives sides," he said. "The draft on the table proves that the negotiation process has advanced. However, Baku's militant statements produce an impression that there is no process at all. Thus, we don't have ground for optimism. The Armenian Defense Ministry has denied Azerbaijan's accusations of violating the ceasefire.
