  Peter Semneby expected to arrive in Yerevan November 19November 15, 2007 - 19:26 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - European Union's Special Representative for the South Caucasus Peter Semneby will be visiting Armenia November 19-20, a PanARMENIAN.Net reporter came to know from Mr Semneby's office. The details of the visit are not furnished yet.Peter Semneby last visited the region in September 2007. However, his planned trip to Nagorno Karabakh did not take place. "EU Envoy's visit to Karabakh should not become a subject of debate," he said when commenting on reports claiming that the visit was frustrated by Baku's demands to tour Karabakh via Azerbaijan but not Armenia. The Armenian Defense Ministry has denied Azerbaijan's accusations of violating the ceasefire.
