  OSCE PA President confident conditions for Karabakh resolution createdNovember 29, 2007 - 18:23 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - A 'golden chance' has emerged for resolution of the Nagorno Karabakh conflict, OSCE PA President Goran Lennmarker told the summit of the OSCE Foreign Ministers in Madrid. He voiced assurance that all conditions essential for a peaceful resolution of the Karabakh conflict were created and assessed highly the activities of the OSCE MG as well as Armenian, Azerbaijani and Russian Foreign Ministers.
