As Interfax came to know from a source in police, Karmjian was accompanying a friend. The nature of the crime hints at racial hatred but it hasn't been announced as a motive yet."Five teenagers assaulted Karamjian on Bolshaya Academicheskaya Street without any reason and stabbed a knife into his chest," the source said. Vladimir Karamjian was taken to hospital.
