Armenia says hadn't announced its participation in NATO training

PanARMENIAN.Net - Armenia hadn't officially announced its participation in NATO's Agile Spirit 2017 multinational trainings currently underway in Georgia, deputy defense minister Artak Zakaryan said on Monday, September 4, according to Aysor.am.

"The refusal to participate in the trainings doesn't mean that the level Armenia's cooperation drops or jumps," the deputy minister said.

According to him, the country's military-political diplomacy is entirely in line with its foreign policy priorities, and that "Yerevan is confident in its decisions."

As reported earlier, Armenian servicemen did not attend the Agile Spirit multinational teachings, which started on September 3 at the Orpolo test site in neighboring Georgia.
