 Bako Sahakyan will assume Karabakh presidency on Sept. 7 September 5, 2017 - 15:45 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - The Nagorno Karabakh (Artsakh) parliament will convene on Thursday, September 7 when Bako Sahakyan assumes presidency for a third term, speaker Ashot Ghulyan said on Tuesday. During discussions on Tuesday, lawmakers weighed in on preparatory work ahead of the new session and the upcoming projects. Sahakyan was re-elected the president of Artsakh for a third term on July 19. The National Assembly at an extraordinary session approved Sahakyan’s candidacy with 28 votes in favor, four against and no abstentions.
