  RF Duma, Federation Council to issue joint statement on KosovoFebruary 14, 2008 - 14:47 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - The Russian State Duma and the Federation Council are preparing a joint statement on Kosovo, Duma Speaker Boris Gryzlov said. The statement may be passed on Monday, February 18.The statement will contain exact wording, Mr Gryzlov said, Rosbalt reports. The UN Security Council is expected to consider the Kosovo issue behind closed doors today. Experts say Kosovo secession is possible before February 17.
