  Armenian, Azeri Presidents to meet in Saint Petersburg June 7May 15, 2008 - 16:54 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - The first-ever meeting between President Serzh Sargsyan of Armenia and Ilham Aliyev of Azerbaijan will take place in Saint Petersburg on June 7, RA Foreign Minister said.Edward Nalbandian voiced hope that the presidential meeting will offer new opportunities for the ongoing talks on Karabakh. The Minister also advised not to link progress in the Karabakh process with the forthcoming presidential election in Azerbaijan and not to set time limitations. The Armenian Defense Ministry has denied Azerbaijan's accusations of violating the ceasefire. Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan took to social media to thank his Lithuanian counterpart for the contribution. President of the Armenian parliament Alen Simonyan met with the Speaker of the Azerbaijani Milli Majlis Sahiba Gafarova.
