BSEC PA summit kicks off in AthensJune 9, 2008 - 14:17 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - A summit of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Black Sea Economic Cooperation Organization is opening in Athens today. Heads of parliament of the BSEC PA member states and observers will deliver speeches. The summit participants are expected to adopt a declaration on occasion of the Assembly's 15th anniversary, RBC reports. The BSEC PA was founded in 1993. It includes 12 states: Albania, Azerbaijan, Bulgaria, Armenia, Greece, Moldova, Romania, Russia, Serbia, Turkey and Ukraine. ![]() ![]() Azerbaijani authorities report that they have already resettled 3,000 people in the Nagorno-Karabakh town of Stepanakert. On June 10, Azerbaijani President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev will leave for Turkey on a working visit. Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev arrived in Moscow on April 22 to hold talks with Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin.
