GUAM Presidents to miss regular CIS summit

PanARMENIAN.Net - Ilham Aliyev, Mikheil Saakashvili and Viktor Yushchenko will miss the regular CIS summit due in Bishkek on October 10.



The Azerbaijani President is occupied with the election campaign; Georgia has dropped out of the CIS; Yushchenko can't settle domestic affairs, Bakililar.AZ reports.



The summit will focus on economic problems, ways to overcome financial crisis and developments in the Georgia-South Ossetian conflict zone.



Azerbaijan will be represented by a delegation led by Prime Minister Arthur Rasizade.
