"Consultations between Foreign Ministries are needed to engage the regional and European states in the settlement process. Iran stands for just resolution of the existing conflicts, which damage energy cooperation, cargo transportation and economic relations between the countries," Iranian Foreign Minister Manuchehr Mottaki told a news conference.
