"There are forces in Turkey and Armenia which oppose normalization of relations between the two countries. Nevertheless, decisions are made by political leaders. EU membership is a priority for Turkey and Armenia welcomes this aspiration," he said in Istanbul. On June 10, Azerbaijani President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev will leave for Turkey on a working visit. Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev arrived in Moscow on April 22 to hold talks with Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin.
