CMCE President: CoE can't be ideal forum for Karabakh processNovember 29, 2008 - 15:48 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Miguel Angel Moratinos, Chairman of the Committee of Ministers of the Council of Europe doesn't think the CoE can be a good forum for resolution of the Nagorno Karabakh conflict."I used to be engaged in resolution of such problems, as OSCE Chairman-in-Office. The dialogue between Armenia and Azerbaijan should go on and the Committee of Ministers can help creation of the atmosphere of mutual trust," he said. "I do believe we are closer to peace agreement as ever. We'll seize every opportunity to create a good political and diplomatic atmosphere. On June 10, Azerbaijani President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev will leave for Turkey on a working visit. Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev arrived in Moscow on April 22 to hold talks with Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin.
