"The Moscow declaration is a good basis for resolution of the conflict. But a resolution on ceasefire is not enough," Elmar Mammadyarov said in his address to the OSCE Ministerial Council in Helsinki. On June 10, Azerbaijani President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev will leave for Turkey on a working visit.
