Armenia's participation in Nabucco will withhold Azerbaijan from using force

PanARMENIAN.Net - Armenia's participation in Nabucco project will withhold Azerbaijan from using force against Karabakh, an Armenian expert said.

"Moreover, decision on formation of CSTO rapid reaction force taken by the Organization's heads of state on Feb. 4, will serve as additional restraint," Vahan Dilanyan, head of political developments research center, told reporters in Yerevan.

Armenia's participation in Nabucco will be positive for the entire region and will offer an incentive to resolve the existing conflicts, according to him.
