Karabakh army destroying Azerbaijani infiltration group

PanARMENIAN.Net - After midnight on Wednesday, November 4, an Azerbaijani infiltration group attempted a push towards Shushi, but facing the organized resistance of the Defense Army and the volunteers of Nagorno-Karabakh, were decisively routed, leaving many casualties behind.

Seek and destroy operations by the Armenian forces continue to eliminate stragglers, the Defense Army said.

The tactical situation remains under the control of the Defence Army along the entire front line.

The Azerbaijani military also resumed its shelling of peaceful settlements in tandem with assaults on the frontline immediately after midnight on Wednesday.

They hit the city of Shushi with large caliber artillery, injuring civilians and causing a lot of destruction.

Azerbaijan, with help from Turkey and terrorist mercenaries deployed by Ankara, started a war against Karabakh (Artsakh) in the morning of September 27. The Armenian side has reported deaths and injuries both among the civilian population and the military. Foreign and local journalists too have been injured in Azeri shelling of towns and villages.
