In an interview broadcast on state television, Aliyev said there was no need to return to the matter, Interfax reports. Azerbaijan "has resolved this issue by itself – both on the battlefield and at the negotiating table." “If someone thinks that the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict has not been resolved, that's their problem,” the Azeri President said. Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan, Russian and Azerbaijani Presidents Vladimir Putin and Ilham Aliyev on November 9 signed a statement to end the war in Karabakh after almost 45 days.
