Artak Beglaryan named Karabakh's new Minister of State

PanARMENIAN.Net - Former Human Rights Defender of Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) Artak Beglaryan has been appointed the country's new Minister of State, according to a decree signed by President Arayik Harutyunyan on Tuesday, June 1.

Also Tuesday, Beglaryan was relieved of his duties as the head of the President's staff.

According to another decree, changes were introduced in the government of Artsakh (Karabakh), which means the Minister of Finance will no longer exercise the powers of the State Minister.

The new State Minister, however, will coordinate the activity of the Minister of Labor, Social Affairs and Migration, Minister of Health, Minister of Justice and Minister of Education, Science, Culture and Sports.
