Covid-19: Armenia infections grew by 99 in the past 24 hours![]() June 16, 2021 - 12:14 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - The number of confirmed coronavirus infections in Armenia grew by 99 to reach 223,904 on Wednesday, June 16 morning, according to information provided by the Health Ministry. Fresh figures also revealed that 78 more people recovered, while one patient died from Covid-19 in the past 24 hours. A total of 3666 tests have been performed in the past day, the National Center For Disease Control and Prevention said. So far, 215,533 people have recovered, 4490 have died from the coronavirus in the country, while 1094 others carrying the virus have died from other causes. ![]() ![]() As a result of floods in Armenia’s northern Lori and Tavush provinces, 17 bridges, including five large ones, have collapsed.
