PanARMENIAN.Net - The Armenian Armed Forces continue search operations to discover serviceman Artur Balbandyan and driver Aramayis Torozyan who went missing as thick fog covered the area on the border between Armenia and Azerbaijan, Aysor.am reports.

The two were not carrying weapons when they went missing on July 14. The Russian side is assisting the search process and mediating negotiations with Azerbaijan to find out weather the Armenians might have crossed the border to areas controlled by Baku.

Also on July 14, an Armenian serviceman was killed in Azerbaijan's fire from across the border. The incident happened in the morning when the Azerbaijani units of Nakhijevan attempted to advance and carry out engineering work with the use of heavy machinery.
