U.S. ambassador to Armenia visits Yerablur military pantheon

PanARMENIAN.Net - U.S. ambassador to Armenia Lynne Tracy on Monday, September 27 visited the Yerablur military pantheon where many of the fallen soldiers killed in the Second Karabakh War are resting. September 27 marks the anniversary of the beginning of the hostilities.

"Ambassador Tracy paid her respects to those who lost their lives in last year’s conflict. We extend our deepest condolences to the families of those killed and injured last year and in the many years of the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict," the Embassy said on social media.

According to a short video published by Factor TV, the ambassador was seen exiting the pantheon, accompanied by several women, most probably mothers or wives of servicemen killed in action.
