As of October 4, the whereabouts of 224 servicemen and 22 civilians remain unknown, the Investigative Committee added. After the war, Azerbaijan returned 108 prisoners of war and captives. According to unofficial information from the Armenian side, at least several dozen Armenian prisoners are still being held in Baku prisons.
