Itera sells stock to GazpromMarch 23, 2009 - 18:56 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - ArmRosGazprom CJSC, Itera International Energy Ltd. shareholder, sold 2800000 nominal shares, constituting 4,45% of its authorized capital, to Gazprom Public Corporation, ArmRosGazprom Press Service reported.The deal was registered on Mar. 12 at Central Depository of Armenia Public Corporation. ArmRosGazprom CJSC has monopoly rights for supply and distribution of Russian natural gas on the Armenian market. The company was founded in 1997. Gazprom Public Corporation authorized capital share comprises 80%.
