Armenia identifies soldier killed in Azeri attack, says eight were wounded

PanARMENIAN.Net - Eight soldiers were wounded in Azerbaijan's attack in the eastern section of the border, the Defense Ministry said in a fresh statement on Friday, December 10. Six of them are in serious condition.

Authorities in Armenia also identified the serviceman killed in action as Vahe Manaserya (b. 2002).

After Azerbaijan attacked hours earlier, the Armenian side "took retaliatory measures causing human losses to the adversary and throwing them back to their position," the Defense Ministry said in its previous statement.
