 Armenian civilian killed in Ukraine March 3, 2022 - 17:22 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - An ethnic Armenian civilian has been killed in Ukraine, a spokesperson for the Office of the Chief Commissioner for Diaspora Affairs told Public Radio of Armenia. The victim is from the city of Kherson, where active military operations are taking place, with Russian forces claimed to have taken the port. The Commissioner’s Office identified the civilian as Vahik Soghomonyan, a citizen of Ukraine, and said that his date of birth and other details being clarified. Photo.
