"The Republic of Azerbaijan is ready to normalize relations with Armenia, including by signing a peace treaty and starting the process of border delimitation," Bayramov said during a speech at a meeting of the Council of Foreign Ministers of the CIS countries in Dushanbe. Bayramov recalled that steps were being taken to start the negotiation process on a peace agreement and the delimitation of borders between the two countries. Foreign Ministers of Armenia, Russia and Azerbaijan – Ararat Mirzoyan, Sergei Lavrov and Bayramov – met on May 12 to exchange views on the unblocking of regional communications, border delimitation, and the agreement on the normalization of relations between Yerevan and Baku. ![]() ![]() The foreign ministers of Armenia and Azerbaijan, Ararat Mirzoyan and Jeyhun Bayramov, have arrived in Washington.
