U.S. Turkey “back ongoing peace talks between Armenia and Azerbaijan”

PanARMENIAN.Net - U.S. National Security Advisor Jake Sullivan and Dr. Ibrahim Kalin, Spokesperson and Chief Advisor to the President of Turkey, met on Tuesday, March 14, the White House says in a statement.

The two countries’ “backing for ongoing peace talks between Armenia and Azerbaijan” was on the table too.

Other topics of discussion were the recent earthquake in Turkey, Russia’s ongoing aggression against Ukraine, as well as Sweden and Finland’s bid to join NATO.
