ANC accuses authorities of violating Election Code

PanARMENIAN.Net - Prior to the start of election campaign of Mayor and Elders Council of Yerevan, the city administration committed its regular unlawful action, Armenian National Congress said in a statement.



"Yerevan Municipality denied ANC's 11th application to organize a rally with electorate during the official election campaign at Northern Avenue. This way, the authorities violated articles 4, 7 and 29 of RA Constitution and article 22 of Election Law," the statement said.



"The situation shows weakness of government and absence of own political sources," it said.
