  EU welcomes Baku’s “commitment” to Brussels process February 9, 2024 - 11:54 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - President of the European Council Charles Michel has welcomed Azerbaijan’s “commitment” to resume the Brussels process of normalization with Armenia. “Had substantive discussions also on Armenia-Azerbaijan normalisation.
