According to him, the further process of delimiting the border with Azerbaijan must be carried out on the basis of the Alma-Ata Declaration and the most recent and legitimate Soviet maps. Mirzoyan also said it was necessary to ensure clarity in the process. Mirzoyan also said that Armenia “highly appreciates the special attention and efforts of France” aimed at overcoming security challenges and threats in the region. During the discussion, a wide range of issues of mutual interest were touched upon and related to both bilateral and multilateral platforms for joint cooperation.
