  Armenian Foreign Minister to join 31st OSCE Ministerial Council December 4, 2024 - 18:14 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - On December 4-5, Armenian Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan, will pay a working visit to Malta to participate in the 31st OSCE Ministerial Council.
