Makunts meets Blinken in Washington

PanARMENIAN.Net - Armenia’s Ambassador to the United States Lilit Makunts has briefly met with U.S. Secretary of State Antony Blinken during a reception for Chiefs of Mission organized by the U.S. Department of State, the Armenian Embassy reveals in a statement.

“Ambassador Makunts thanked Secretary Blinken for the productive bilateral work together and for supporting peace and stability in the South Caucasus region,” the statement says.

“Expressing gratitude to the Secretary for his strong engagement, the Ambassador mentioned that she equally looks forward to continuing deepening bilateral relations between Armenia and the United States with the incoming administration.”
