Artists, whose works have been published, performed or submitted to public attention starting from Sep.1, 2007 are eligible for contest participation. Application deadline is Sep. 1, 2009. Best authors to be chosen by professional jury will be awarded by diploma, medal and a prize of AMD 2.500.000.
