Ohanyan added that the conflict has deepened further, pointing to the depopulation of Artsakh and what he described as genocide against its people. Addressing border delimitation issues, he expressed concern over the process starting in the Tavush region, stating: “If they are starting this process from Tavush again, it means this is being imposed on us. Otherwise, we could have started with other areas where the adversary occupies about 240 square kilometers of our territory and refuses to withdraw.” January 28 marks the 33rd anniversary of the formation of the Armenian Armed Forces. ![]() ![]() Grigoryan added that the situation around the world and particularly in the region is very difficult.
