Armenia’s Central Bank lowers refinancing rate to 6.75%

PanARMENIAN.Net - The Central Bank of Armenia has decided to lower the refinancing rate by 0.25 percentage points. The change was approved during a board meeting on February 4, bringing the refinancing rate to 6.75%.

The Lombard repo rate set by the Central Bank stands at 8.25%, while the interest rate on funds attracted from banks is 5.25%.

The Central Bank also lowered the refinancing rate by 0.25 percentage points on December 10.
