Artsakh rights council moves to official Yerevan office![]() May 2, 2025 - 13:08 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - The Council for the Protection of the Rights of Artsakh Armenians announced that beginning May 2, 2025, it will operate from the building of the Artsakh Representation located at 17A Nairi Zaryan Street, Yerevan. In-person consultations with citizens will begin on May 5. “Until then, residents may send their concerns, questions, and suggestions to the Council’s Facebook page for communication,” the statement reads. Starting May 5, citizens will be able to visit the office, meet with council members, discuss their concerns and proposals, and—if needed—have them referred to relevant expert groups. Previously, it was reported that protesters from Artsakh camping at Liberty Square had decided to relocate their tent headquarters to the premises of the Artsakh Representation in Yerevan. Council member Nzhdeh Iskandaryan stated this to the media, adding that the government planned to extend the '40+10' assistance program for Artsakh Armenians. The Armenian Defense Ministry has denied Azerbaijan's accusations of violating the ceasefire.
