Armenian gymnast wins bronze at European Championships

PanARMENIAN.Net - Arthur Avetisyan has claimed a bronze medal at the European Artistic Gymnastics Championships, held in Leipzig, Germany.

Competing in the rings final of the senior men’s event, Avetisyan scored 14.366 points, earning him third place, according to Armenia’s Ministry of Education, Science, Culture and Sports.

Another Armenian gymnast, Vahagn Davtyan, also participated in the rings final, finishing seventh with a score of 14.166.

Earlier in the tournament, Hamlet Manukyan was crowned European champion for the first time in his career, winning the pommel horse final with 14.766 points. Mamikon Khachatryan followed closely with 14.733 points to secure the silver medal in the same event.
