All of democracy is at risk if it is endangered in Armenia. This is my message—leave nothing unchecked, be firm, and move forward,” said Devinaz, as reported by 1lurer.am . France’s Ambassador to Armenia, Olivier Decottignies, also spoke at the conference, highlighting that support for Armenia is a matter of national consensus in France. “When it comes to Armenia, there are no divisions even in the French political landscape. Driven by humanitarian values, everyone reaches a common position, as this supports local authorities both in Armenia and France,” the ambassador stated. The fifth Armenia-France decentralized cooperation conference opened in Goris, where a French honorary consulate is also set to be inaugurated. ![]() ![]() Grigoryan added that the situation around the world and particularly in the region is very difficult.
