  Armenia restores rights to 4 hectares in Aragatsotn province June 3, 2025 - 17:15 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - The Armenian government has regained ownership of a 4-hectare plot of land in the village of Orgov, Aragatsotn Province, designated as a “specially protected area.” Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan announced the news on his Facebook page. "By court decision, the ownership right of the Republic of Armenia has been restored over a 4-hectare plot of land designated as a 'specially protected area,' located in Orgov, part of the Ashtarak community in Aragatsotn Province," Pashinyan wrote. "The cadastral value, which approximates the market value, is 31,680,000 drams."   Top stories Grigoryan added that the situation around the world and particularly in the region is very difficult. The Armenian Defense Ministry has denied Azerbaijan's accusations of violating the ceasefire.
