Armenia restores rights to 4 hectares in Aragatsotn province

PanARMENIAN.Net - The Armenian government has regained ownership of a 4-hectare plot of land in the village of Orgov, Aragatsotn Province, designated as a “specially protected area.” Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan announced the news on his Facebook page.

"By court decision, the ownership right of the Republic of Armenia has been restored over a 4-hectare plot of land designated as a 'specially protected area,' located in Orgov, part of the Ashtarak community in Aragatsotn Province," Pashinyan wrote. "The cadastral value, which approximates the market value, is 31,680,000 drams."
