Pashinyan: Armenians' living standards improved by 50% since 2018

PanARMENIAN.Net - Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan stated during the National Assembly's discussion on the annual budget execution that Armenians are living about 50% better than in 2018, even when accounting for inflation.

"This, of course, does not mean that people in Armenia are satisfied with their lives," he noted, as reported by Aysor.am .

According to Pashinyan, people aspire to live better because they see that a higher quality of life is achievable in today's Armenia.

"This is a very important factor, but we believe that the improvement is not sufficient for us to be satisfied with its extent. Therefore, our task is to ensure satisfaction, which is a very large-scale issue," he said.

He added that satisfaction with life is linked to the state budget.
