He asserts that the Armenian government is obstructing constitutional processes in Artsakh, particularly the continuity of the presidential institution, thereby facilitating Azerbaijan's preconditions for dissolving Artsakh's state structures. Abrahamyan emphasizes that ensuring the continuation of the presidential institution through elections is crucial. He notes that, despite limited functions, Artsakh's parliament continues to operate due to the determination of certain politicians. However, it remains under constant scrutiny and pressure from the Armenian authorities. He calls on political forces and individuals who believe that the issue of Artsakh remains unresolved and advocate for its internationalization and the collective return of its people to overcome their fears, step out of their comfort zones, and adopt a long-term strategic approach. This appeal is directed at both current and former political actors within Artsakh's parliament and Armenian political forces that do not align with the government's stance on Artsakh. Previously, it was announced that Artsakh's presidential election would likely occur at the end of May. The Armenian Prime Minister has expressed concerns about the exiled government of Artsakh, considering it a threat to Armenia's security. ![]() ![]() Grigoryan added that the situation around the world and particularly in the region is very difficult. The Armenian Defense Ministry has denied Azerbaijan's accusations of violating the ceasefire.
