Under Article 4, Point 2 of the Armenia-Georgia interstate automobile agreement, non-scheduled passenger transportation between the two countries will require a control document—a passenger manifest—starting July 1, 2025, Armenia’s Ministry of Territorial Administration and Infrastructure announced.
