Both defendants deny the charges brought against them, Pastinfo reports. Sargsyan added that no pre-trial detention motion has been submitted yet, though such a measure might be considered in the near future. He also noted that the defense has not yet been granted access to the full case materials. On the morning of June 25, law enforcement launched searches at the homes of members of the "Holy Struggle" movement. The Investigative Committee alleges that participants and leaders of the movement planned terrorist acts and actions aimed at seizing power in Armenia.
