IDBank issues the 3rd, 4th and 5th tranches of bonds of 2025

PanARMENIAN.Net - On July 1, 2025, IDBank placed its 3rd, 4th, and 5th tranches of registered coupon bonds for the year through a public offering on the following terms:

Tranche 3 – abbreviation: AMANLBB2UER9

  • Issue volume – AMD 5 billion
  • Coupon yield – 10%
  • Maturity – 30 months (2 years and 6 months)
  • Coupon payment frequency – every 6 months
  • Start of issuance/placement – 01/07/2025
  • End of placement – 31/10/2025
  • Maturity date – 01/01/2028

Tranche 4 – abbreviation: AMANLBBM1ER8

  • Issue volume – AMD 5 billion
  • Coupon yield – 10.30%
  • Maturity – 42 months (3 years and 6 months)
  • Coupon payment frequency – every 6 months
  • Start of issuance/placement – 01/07/2025
  • End of placement – 31/10/2025
  • Maturity date – 01/01/2029

Tranche 5 – abbreviation: AMANLBBM2ER6

  • Issue volume – USD 5 million
  • Coupon yield – 5%
  • Maturity – 36 months (3 years)
  • Coupon payment frequency – every 6 months
  • Start of issuance/placement – 01/07/2025
  • End of placement – 31/10/2025
  • Maturity date – 01/07/2028

The bonds will be placed from July 1, 2025 to October 31, 2025 inclusive. It should be noted that these are the 30th, 31st, and 32nd issues of IDBank bonds and the third, fourth, and fifth tranches of 2025.

After the placement, the bonds will be listed in the Armenian Stock Exchange OJSC. The bonds will be quoted through the Marketmaker.
