The agreement reached with Azerbaijan is a very important milestone. I expect a clear commitment from Baku to complete the process and sign the agreed peace treaty,” she stated. Loiseau also addressed the deepening Armenia–EU relations and a broader dialogue agenda. She highlighted the June 29–30 visit by EU High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy Kaja Kallas as further evidence of this strengthening relationship. “Armenia and the European Union are clearly deepening their ties. They do so because both sides strongly support a solid partnership. This is a rare and clear example of diplomacy driven by the will of the people.
